Palesa Sauvignon Blanc
Prominent notes of gooseberry and green bell pepper. Fresh acidity with green fruit and herbs on the palate.
Palesa Chenin Blanc
Fresh and vibrant with dominant notes of green apple and white peach on the nose. Crisp and zesty acidity on the palate with a medium body mouthfeel.
Palesa Pinotage
Ripe dark fruit, black plum and cherry on the nose with firm tannins and dark berries on the palate.
Palesa Merlot
Ripe red and dark fruits with dominant rasberry flavours. Flavours reflect the nose with plum and cherry with slight earthy notes.

Lively, fresh and uncomplicated with forthcoming notes of green pepper and cut-grass. Enticing floral aromas in waves of the finest bubbles.
Palesa Méthode Cap Classique
Pale gold with a flourish of delicate bubbles and enticing lemon cream and almond Biscotti precede lovely layers of citrus and a finish with appealing length and freshness. Maturation on the lees provides a well-rounded, creamy mouth-feel with mouthwatering minerality, good balance and a seamless finish.
